Dual DX5 printheads
E5-SR/WR takes a new level of increasing productivity for high print quality at an unbeatable price. Two Espon DX5 printheads are positioned in a full offset position along with each other in two-staggered arrangement. This can offer a double in speed comparing to one DX5 printhead. Each printhead has 8 rows with 180 nozzles on each row, it drastically reduce the time for installation and calibration. A production speed up to 24 sqm/hr on 3 pico liter drop size output given by E5 is considered to be the best option for high speed and high quality printer in sign and graphic nowadays.
Intelligent media heating and drying system
No compromise on productivity when E5 series is being designed on its heating and drying system. This can be very crucial to print speed but while the drying time is most often overlooked in determining the overall productivity. Stage media heater and drying fan are offered to enhance the media absorption ability and the speed of ink evaporation on media.
